Customer Success Manager (Recruiting Coach)
Own the weekly progress of 60 to 100 enrolled families: game plans, coach-outreach follow-through, parent communication, and the referral and testimonial asks.
60–100
families per coach
60/90
day retention is the scoreboard
Bonus
on every referral and testimonial from a family
The mission
Keep every family moving and every family staying.
Families pay us to get their son in front of college coaches. After they sign, you are the person they hear from every week. You keep the game plan current, keep coach outreach moving through the hub, and tell parents the truth about where their athlete stands.
Your performance is measured by 60 and 90 day retention, by the referrals and testimonials your families give, and by how early you flag the ones about to slip. Everything else supports those outcomes.
Responsibilities
- 01Run weekly check-ins with every family on your caseload.
- 02Keep each athlete's game plan current as film, grades, and offers change.
- 03Chase coach replies and offers through the hub and make sure nothing sits.
- 04Deliver hard news, like a film grade or a realistic level, and keep the family's trust.
- 05Run the referral ask at signing, at the first offer, and at every milestone.
- 06Capture testimonials when a family wins, and flag at-risk families early.
Who we are looking for
- 01You spent years coaching football.
- 02You have guided athletes and parents through recruiting and know what the process looks like week to week.
- 03You are steady and clear with parents, including when the news is bad.
- 04You stay organized across 60+ accounts without dropping one.
- 05You want a lean team that moves fast and keeps improving.
You should not apply if
- You avoid hard conversations.
- You have never managed a caseload.
- You want a role that never changes.
You should apply if
- You have coached football for years and still think about the kids who got overlooked.
- You have walked families through recruiting and know where they get stuck.
- You can tell a parent the truth about their son's film and keep the relationship.
- You want a lean team that moves fast and keeps improving.
Compensation
Starts part-time. Grows with the caseload.
$2,500 per month part-time to start. As the caseload grows, the role moves to full-time with a base up to $8,000 per month, tied to retention and the number of families you carry.
On top of base: a bonus on every referral and every testimonial that comes from your families.
