The mission

Turn conversations into booked calls that close.

This is not a copy-paste blast role. Families reach out to us every day, and thousands more are one good message away. You are selling the next step: a qualified call with our closer. You build enough trust, clarity, and urgency in text for the right people to book and show.

Your performance is measured by the calls you book, the people who show, the deals that close, and the cash those deals collect. Everything else supports those outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. 01Work a real inbound stream: our DMs bring in 10 to 100+ conversations a day on their own.
  2. 02Run outbound alongside it: around 100 quality conversations a day across Instagram and X.
  3. 03Qualify prospects on fit, urgency, and intent before they ever touch the calendar.
  4. 04Book qualified calls the sales team can close, with clean notes on every one.
  5. 05Follow up with no-shows, revive stalled conversations, and rebook when possible.
  6. 06Test and improve openers, follow-up timing, and targeting, then report what you learn daily.

Who we are looking for

  1. 01You played or coached college sports. College football preferred.
  2. 02You are hungry and ambitious. You want to make money and get better at sales and as a person.
  3. 03Written sales ability: you can open cold, build trust in text, and move a conversation forward.
  4. 04You want a lean team that moves fast, and you own your numbers and the reasons behind them.
  5. 05Speed and consistency: first-touch response time is a scoreboard stat here, and streaks matter.

You should not apply if

  • You have never sold anything in writing: cold DMs, text follow-up, or chat.
  • You did not play or coach college sports.
  • You want a salary instead of a trial week, a ramp, and then commission.
  • You cannot be on Slack 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.
  • You want a side gig.
  • You will not record a 2-minute video.

Compensation

Paid from day one. Uncapped from month three.

We pay for your time starting with the trial week, guarantee your ramp while the pipeline builds, then move you to pure performance.

    Apply, then a paid $300 trial week

    Short application below. Then five days on real conversations. We evaluate on what you book: sets per conversation, first-touch speed, message quality. Not on how you interview.

  2. 02

    60-day guaranteed ramp

    $2,000–2,500 per month guaranteed while your pipeline builds. One condition: real activity. 100+ quality conversations and 10+ booked sets a week by week four.

  3. 03

    5% from month three

    5% of every dollar collected on deals you set. No cap. Your ceiling is your volume.

How commission works

  • 5% of the cash we actually collect on every deal booked from your conversations.
  • About $350 per closed-collected sale at our current $7,000 price point.
  • Payment plans pay out as each installment is collected, including after the deal closes.
  • Your unique booking link means every deal you source stays yours, no attribution disputes.

How we work

Schedule
Slack 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday. This is your primary job, not a side gig.
Team rhythm
Weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, direct leadership access, and clear feedback loops.
Tools
CRM pipeline management, Slack communication, Instagram/X inboxes, and metric dashboards.
