The mission

Generate high-intent sales calls that convert.

This is not a data-entry role or a volume-only outreach role. You are selling the next step: a qualified call with our closer. You are responsible for building enough trust, clarity, and urgency for the right prospects to book and show.

Your performance is measured by the calls you book, the people who show, the deals that close, and the revenue those deals generate. Everything else supports those outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. 01Book 20+ qualified sales calls per week through phone, text, and DM outreach.
  2. 02Qualify prospects based on fit, budget, urgency, and intent before booking.
  3. 03Maintain clean notes so the sales team can walk into every call prepared.
  4. 04Follow up with no-shows, revive stalled conversations, and reschedule when possible.
  5. 05Test and improve messaging, targeting, scripts, and follow-up timing.
  6. 06Report daily activity and know your show rate, close rate, and revenue impact.

Who we are looking for

  1. 01Sales experience across phone, text, DM, or in-person conversations.
  2. 02Fast qualification instincts and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  3. 03Coachability, consistency, and the discipline to execute every day.
  4. 04Extreme ownership of your numbers and the reasons behind them.
  5. 05Strong attention to detail across notes, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.

Compensation

Paid for outcomes, not just activity.

Month 1 is a ramp period at $500 bi-weekly while you learn systems, SOPs, call flow, and messaging. Month 2+ moves into full production with a $2,000 base plus commission.

How commission works

  • 5% base commission on cash collected from deals you book.
  • Show rate, close rate, and monthly revenue bonuses stack independently.
  • Maximum commission reaches 10% when elite metrics are hit across all three categories.
  • Payouts are processed as fast as collection allows.

How we work

Schedule
Flexible remote schedule with a full-time commitment of 30–50 hours per week.
Team rhythm
Weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, direct leadership access, and clear feedback loops.

CRM pipeline management, Slack communication, phone/text/DM outreach, and metric dashboards.
